Less than eight miles (or 10 minutes by car) from Lancaster University, Calderbank offers an ideal place for parents to stay whilst visiting their student children, especially during Fresher Day & Graduation Day.

TARIFF  (When booked direct)
The charge for each room is £80.00 per night, including breakfast, based on two people sharing.
Single occupancy including breakfast is £50.00 per night.
(Prices relate to direct bookings only)
10% discount is available for a stay of three days or more.

The restaurant is open for evening meals from 6.00pm until 9.00pm (except Tuesday & Wednesday)
Bar meals are served all day until 9.00pm.
(The premises are closed to non-residents all day Tuesday. We are closed to non-residents on Wednesday during the winter until 5.30pm)
                                                            

Bleasdale is a double room with a King Size Four Poster bed. This room also offers the visitor an en-suite bathroom complete with a whirlpool bath overlooking the fells from both the bedroom and bathroom.

Oakenclough is a twin room comprising two single beds with an en-suite shower with body sprays..
The huge bay window overlooks farmland at the front of the property

Barnacre is a double room with a hand carved King Size Four Poster bed. This room has an en-suite shower which also incorporates body sprays.
Again the bay window overlooks the front of the property with its superb views of farmland.
