Delicious local food and drink is a special
quality of the Forest of Bowland AONB - not only because it
supports the economy, but also because it is an important
factor in the area’s unique sense of place. Farming methods
have shaped our land – creating field patterns with dry
stone-walls and hedgerows; farmsteads, barns and working
villages. Without food production our countryside would look
very different. By supporting those farmers who choose to
carry on farming in traditional ways, you can help to
protect our living landscape for this and future
generations.

produce cooked to your liking.
The comfortable and elegant restaurant has now been given
the
Taste Lancashire Quality Assured standard by the
Lancashire & Blackpool Tourist Board as well as the right to
label the majority of the food served as
Made in Lancashire.
You will be made welcome from the moment you arrive. Why not
take advantage of one of our excellent hotel rooms and stay
overnight, allowing yourself to relax for the complete
evening.
Seating up to 36 people comfortably we are happy to cater for private parties.
The restaurant area can also be booked on midweek days for
small meetings when facilities such as flip charts and OHP and screen are available.
The elegant restaurant offers excellent quality
food at very affordable prices on tables set with white
linen for that pampered feel. A good selection of wine will
compliment your meal whilst enjoying a pleasant evening with
friends.
A party of four can spend a pleasant evening sitting at
our window table admiring the view whilst they wine and
dine. As the most popular table in the restaurant it does
need to be reserved in advance.
